My client, located in Pinellas Park FL, asked for a master suite makeover for the master bedroom suite as a surprise anniversary gift for her husband. They had a planned vacation for 10 days and she asked if I could have it completed before they returned.
Her vision was when they walked into the suite; a tranquil romantic feel would immerse them. She also wanted textures and color added with the art being the focal point. Because of their extensive travels to Europe and being art enthusiasts, she wanted the suite to reflect their favorite part of the world.
After approving the interior design presentation, the fun began making the Master Bedroom Suite a reality.
Before Project:
The current bedroom was very plain and consisted of:
• Beige walls
• Beige Carpet
• Metal Framed Bed
• Wood furniture
After Project:
The project, which was completed on-time and within budget included:
• Mediterranean feel on walls
• Painting the shutters, mantle and ceiling beams with a textured crackle accent color
• European style furniture
• Luxurious custom made bedding
• Hand blown glass lighting that cast a romantic ambience
• Focal point is the custom designed and hand painted tiles over the fireplace
• An original signed piece of coordinating art placed over the bed
• Finishing touches included a tray displaying a bottle of champagne and Godiva chocolates placed on the bed
Upon their arrival from their trip, my clients walked in and were both breath-taken. They were ecstatic with the ambiance, design, and art.
